Stevan Stojanovic is recommended for a waiter position. He worked diligently as a waiter for a year at Caffe Club Marabu, often volunteering to cover shifts. He has shown to be an outstanding worker here at Caffe Club Marabu and we were
regretful to hear that his career growth is taking his out of the region.
Stevan was a marvellous addition to our restaurant from his first day. During the year at
Caffee Club Marabu, he worked dedicatedly and distinguished himself as a fast learner,
capable worker and a brilliant young man. Always on time, he often volunteered to cover
the shifts of his colleagues when required.
Particularly, he distinguished himself in the following areas:
• Setting table plates, serviettes and condiments previous to the start of meals
• Arranging seats the guests when they get there, take their orders, and dish up food
and beverages
• Clearing used beverage and put back table settings as soon as guests leave
• Serving individual portions or dishes and replenishing drinks
Over and above, Stevan is good tempered, courageous person who always keep
himself peaceful in hectic situations. On one particularly eventful night, during which two
other waiters called in ill, I retain information he serving a dozen tables at once, keeping
every patron happy.
It was quite a shock to find out that Stevan could not work for us any more but I
am happy that his talent will be utilized in another setting.
