Courier Returns (RTO)
The document outlines ShopClues' return to origin (RTO) and courier return policies for merchants. PropertyofCluesNetworkPvt.Ltd.-Strictlyprivate&confidential Return To Origin(RTO) and Charges Courier Returns are also known as Return to Origin (RTO) These are the Returns that are not delivered to the Customer and are brought back by the Logistic partner unopened. RTO Protection Policy: ShopClues commits 45 days (60 days in case of tier 4 pin codes) for 100% RTO delivery to its merchants. However, if an RTO is delivered to a merchant after 45 days, the price drop due to reduction in market operating price for the product, within that specific duration, will be compensated to the merchant Where Merchant claims that the product is not delivered, (s)he needs to raise ticket as early as possible. ShopClues will not be able to provide Proof of Delivery (POD), if claimed after 30 days of delivery Sellers normally bear the cost of forward and reverse shipping for the product sold by the seller. Same is applied when items are returned due to no claim by the buyer, both in case of Cash on Delivery and Prepaid.
