To the Council:

Junior youth and animators cannot take vested interest so long as power indifference exists.

The woman’s movement, which started in the ‘60s, has shown mankind that in contemporary society,
people do not toleraterepression. In hunter-gatherer societies, it was functional for man to transcend
women because of this small reason, the species that puts men at risk survive. Now that mankind has
established politics, this is completely nulled.

The Rundle Team is repeating history. Coordinators oversee group activity, while the rest of the group is
obligated to follow. The outcome is a negative correlation. The more power given to coordinators, the
less motivated the greater group.

To solve this problem, coordinators should not be appointed. Instead, the group should consult on all
matters. This includes the structure of the group itself.

The Rundle team is repeating history in another light. Animators oversee junior youth group
activity. They direct junior youth to read the series of books authored by the Ruhi Institute, and carry out
social welfare projects. The outcome is also a negative correlation. The more power given to
coordinators, the less motivated the junior youth.

To solve this problem, animators should build relationships with junior youth. The junior youth know
that animators are people, who are worthy of modeling.

Junior youth and animators cannot take vested interest so long as power indifference exists.

Sincerely,

Justin Perreault
