To set up your skis and snowboard’s, the ski hire needs to know your height in
centimeters and your weight in kilograms.

2. Any students who have not skied or snowboarded before should take the 5-day first
timer mountain pass.
Any students who have skied or snowboarded before but still need lessons need to
buy the 5 day mountain pass with lessons.
Please double-check everything carefully and return this note to me by Friday April
11th. I have to make the bookings that week. Please sign and return this sheet to Mr
Sullivan immediately after you check it. The final payment is due by Friday May 30th.
Full payment has to be made in the first week of June. Please the money in an
envelope marked Ski Trip and put in the box at the office.
I have checked the sheet with my order for lessons and equipment. I have worked
out my total cost is $ (remember to subtract your $350 deposit) .
