OUR HISTORY. OUR JOURNEY.
Founded in 2010 by CEO Josh Dang in Houston, TX, SBS22, LLC, dba Coreveillance
and PC-N-MORE, is a debt-free company that designs, manufactures and markets
video surveillance software and equipment.
Since Coreveillance introduced the first 1000TVL Analog camera to the market in
late 2012 and began selling in early 2013, the company has been Dun & Bradstreet
registered and BBB certified. After three years of research and development,
Coreveillance publicly announced its hybrid high-definition surveillance system
built from the ground up at the ISC West Conference in Las Vegas in April, 2013.
Since then, Coreveillance has extended its range of cameras and was among the
pioneers in introducing the HD-CVI models, in addition to easy-to-use video management
software to integrate legacy equipment into new high-definition video surveillance systems.
Providing jobs to over 30 employees, the company has seen a steady growth.

Coreveillance’s thumbnail-based navigation help you visually browse your playback videos and find the footage within the time frame that you are
most interested in.
Dual and Double Streaming Technology
Coreveillance’s innovative streaming platform helps minimize bandwidth usage effectively. You can keep your recorded video at the highest available
quality settings by maximizing the frame rate, bit rate, resolution and quality on the main stream; but on the sub stream, you can lower it to reduce the
amount of needed bandwidth. In essence, this is the best of both worlds.
VIDEO ANALYTICS
MOTION DETECTION
Motion detection can be used to detect unauthorized entry, for example, if an employee
leaves through an unapproved exit. Specific areas of interest can be defined and searched
automatically through footage to identify and view any significant motion that occurred
during the recording.
E-MAP
E-map is a fantastic feature of Coreveillance’s VMS to graphically represent the location of
existing surveillance cameras throughout a facility. The E-map is a tree-structured map layout
that integrates unlimited map layers of Coreveillance cameras, POS/ATM integration, access
control, and server locations. E-mapping a facility’s surveillance infrastructure will come in handy
every time a surveillance operator needs to quickly pull up a camera’s image. E-map is beneficial
to all users, especially in facilities that contain a large number of cameras or have users that don’t
have all the camera identifications memorized. The feature shows real-time device alarms with
the options to view live or recorded video, allowing users to instantly identify the location of
cameras. Once an event triggers, the camera icon will flash to indicate the event type, notifying
the administrator to take necessary actions.
KEY FEATURES
Health Check
Coreveillance VMS’ Health Check feature provides automated, system-wide health monitoring and
diagnostics for system operation availability and decreases operational cost. With Health Check,
administrators can monitor the entire video system components from a single console in the VMS control
center. By continually checking and scanning all existing cameras and DVRs, Health Check diagnoses
potential problems and quickly identifies issues, such as video loss, connectivity, and hard drive malfunction.

Face detection
Coreveillance’s face detection feature determines the sizes and locations of the human face in a digital image, which has been snap-shot and saved in
the cloud system.
Fire detection
Coreveillance’s fire detection feature can sense smoke, typically as an indicator of fire, and signal a fire alarm through digital device to notify users
that a potential fire situation is occurring. Fire detection provides instant situational awareness and also reduces delays associated with fire verification
through video footage, before calling the fire department and recognizing false alarms.
Tripwire
Coreveillance’s tripwire feature enables users to draw a virtual line within
the camera’s field of view, defining a restricted area from any unauthorized
motion trying to cross over. The crossing of a boundary by any moving object
within the camera’s view can be detected using this algorithm. For example,
with a virtual tripwire set alongside a railway track, building perimeter or
around a emporarily parked asset, an alert is generated when that tripwire is
breached.
Unattended object detection
Used for alarm generation when an object has been left in a busy scene, such
as a suitcase in an airport or railway station. This feature is a key component
in the timely management of dangerous situations. This functionality can
also be used to detect illegal parking, or vehicles staying too long in certain
zones, etc.
Intrusion detection
Intrusion detection is the most useful feature within Coreveillance’s video analytics that
protects against burglary and property damage by providing real-time alert for unauthorized
access to secured outdoor areas. With its zone concept, it allows an exact friend or foe recognition.
OBJECT COUNTING
This is an ability to count the number of people/object passing through a defined region in
the camera’s field of view.
DIRECTION detection
Direction detection is available within Coreveillance’s video management software to detect a person or vehicle moving in an unauthorized direction,
e.g. a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on a carriageway or a person moving the wrong way through airport security. Direction detection
analysis can help optimize crowd control in public areas, such as the underground or train stations.

What is HD-CVI?
HD-CVI stands for High Definition Composite Video Interface. This is a brand
new technology in the security camera industry that provides a different method
of transmitting video signals over coaxial cables.
Until this new technology surfaced, analog CCTV video was limited to 960h video
resolution. 960h resolution refers to the 30% increase in horizontal resolution, so
the maximum analog resolution up to this point was 960 x 480 pixels. This has
been the accepted limit for analog video transmission for many years. In order
to achieve greater transmission, customers would have to switch to digital video
using either HD-SDI or Network IP video formats.
HD-CVI uses a licensed video transmitter and receiver that is able to transmit
up to 1080p video resolution (1920 x 1080) in an uncompressed format over
the same standard coaxial cable that is used for standard CCTV cameras. This
uncompressed video format is able to transmit over longer distances than both
HD-SDI and Network IP cameras and without the common bandwidth and/or
latency issue. Additionally, HD-CVI is able to transmit video, audio and control
(OSD or PTZ) over a single coaxial cable instead of requiring separate cables for
each transmission.

Coreveillance is proud to introduce a simple and cost-effective migration
strategy to IP - no added licensing fees with network cameras and no
compromise with analog recording channels and performance. The
ability to support megapixel IP cameras gives customers new flexibility in
their IP migration path in a cost effective solution.
Unlike traditional hybrid DVRs, which offer a pre-determined number of
analog and IP channels, Coreveillance’s hybrid DVRs can be configured
to support any combination of analog and IP video streams—within
the total number of channels supported by the DVR. Channels can be
converted to support either analog or IP cameras at any time, and all
channels are pre-licensed and fully enabled—delivering the ultimate in
system flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Coreveillance’s hybrid DVRs are available in 4-16 channel configurations,
come in rack-mountable 1.5U and 2U chassis, feature powerful Dual
Core Embedded Linux processors that support live-streaming on the

Products: The company reserves the right from time to time, to add
or discontinue any product from those offered for sale by the company
or to modify the specifications of any product without notice to the
integrator/distributor.
Acceptance of Order: Salespersons or any other representatives of
the company are only authorized to solicit orders from integrators/
distributors and have no authority to accept orders on behalf of the
company. All orders become effective only if, and when approved
and accepted in writing by the company by the issuance of its order
acknowledgement. The company reserves the right to refuse any order.
Change or Cancellation of Accepted Order: Integrators/distributors
may not change or cancel an accepted order without the prior written
consent of the company. Cancellations accepted by the company will
be conditioned on the payment by the integrator/distributor if the
company’s cancellation charges in accordance with the company’s
cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation.
Taxes: The purchase price for a product does not include any taxes,
which may be applicable to the purchase, sale, value, use, and
transportation of the product. The integrator/distributor agrees to pay
such taxes or alternatively to reimburse the company upon demand
for any such taxes, which the company is liable for the collection of
payment. Integrator/distributor may, in lieu of such payment, provide
to the company any evidence of the issue of tax exemption certificate
acceptable to the appropriate taxing authority.
Delivery Title and Risk: Unless otherwise specified in the company’s
acknowledgment, the company reserves the right to ship all or any part
of the product specified in any accepted order. Title to the products
shall pass to the integrator/distributor and the integrator/distributor
shall assume all risk and liability for loss, damage or destruction to
such products after delivery to the carrier. If integrator/distributor
should receive delivery of any product in damaged condition or should
a shortage occur, integrator/distributor shall report such damage or
shortage to the delivery carrier and to the company within 48 business
hours of receipt of goods by dealer/distributor. Any loss or shortage
occasioned by damage occurring in transit will be for the account of
dealer/distributor. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing,
shipping dates are approximate and the company shall not incur any
obligation or liability to the integrator/distributor for failure to ship by
the estimated shipping date or any other date. The company reserves the
right to ship the products in single or multiple shipments.
Force Majeure: If the company’s performance of its obligations under
any accepted order is delayed or made impossible or commercially
impractical due to any cause beyond the company’s reasonable control—
including without limitation, acts of God, labor disputes, compliance
with government regulations, equipment failure, shortages in
transportation, inability to obtain necessary materials/ products, defects
or delays in performance by company’s suppliers or requirements of
testing or product approval authorities—the company shall have such
reasonable additional time within which to perform the accepted order
as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. In the event
that the company is unable to obtain sufficient products to meet all
demands from customers, the company shall have the right to allocate
deliveries to its customers in any manner which the company may, in its
sole discretion, determine to be equitable.
Payment: The integrator/distributor shall make payment of the purchase
price for the products in full to the company within the payment and
credit terms granted by the company. The company reserves the right
at any time to require the integrator/distributor to provide satisfactory
security for the due payment of the purchase price for the products in
addition to the security interest reserved pursuant to the “Security”
section. Failure to provide such security will entitle the company to
hold further shipment until such security is provided or to cancel the
accepted order or so much of it as remains unfilled.
Security: The company reserves, until payment in full for the products
is received, a purchase money security interest in all products sold to
the integrator/distributor under each accepted order. A copy of the
integrator/distributor contract with the company may be filed as a
financing statement with the appropriate state authorities to protect the
company’s security interest in the products.
Guarantor: The company may from time to time require a third party
guarantor to guarantee payment of the company’s invoices submitted
to the integrator/distributor under the terms of an accepted order. The
guarantor shall agree to pay outstanding invoices within the agreed
payment terms for the accepted order and in addition a service charge of
1% per month or the legal maximum allowed (in the dealer/distributor’s
state) on all delinquent invoices or portion thereof until paid. In the
event that the company is required to take legal action, including the use
of a collection agency to collect past due amounts, the guarantor shall
pay all collection fees and/or legal fees, including any court costs.
Returns: Authorizations and instructions for the return of any product
must be obtained by integrator/distributor before returning any product
foranyreason.Theproductmustbereturnedwithcompleteidentification,
freightprepaidandinaccordancewiththecompany’smostcurrentreturn
policies and procedures or it will not be accepted. For a copy of the most
current returns policies and procedures, call Coreveillance at 281-201-
6611. All items returned for credit are subject to inspection upon receipt
and a restocking charge. In no event will the company be responsible
for any product returned without proper authorization or identification.
Installation and Service (Advice, Assistance, or Training): The
company assumes no obligation or liability for any advice, technical
assistance or training provided by the company to the integrator/
distributor with respect to products, or for any results occurring as a
result of the application of such advice, technical assistance, or training
and the integrator/distributor shall have sole responsibility for selection
and specification of the products appropriate for the end use of such
products and for the proper installation and servicing of such products.
Waiver: Waiver by the company of any breach of any of the terms and
conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any other breach, and
the failure by the company to exercise any right arising from any default
of integrator/distributor here under shall not be deemed to be a waiver
of such right, which may be exercised at any subsequent time.
Patents: The company shall indemnify and save integrator/distributor
harmless from any judgment for damages and/or costs which may
be rendered against integrator/distributor in any suit brought against
integrator/distributor on account of the infringement of any U.S. patent
by any product supplied by the company providing that the integrator/
distributor promptly notifies the company of the commencement of any
suit and authorizes the company to settle or defend such suit as the
company may see fit and provided further that integrator/distributor
renders every reasonable assistance which the company may require in
defending such suit.
Assignment: Integrator/distributor shall not assign its rights or delegate
its duties, responsibilities or obligations arising under any accepted
order, in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the
company. Any actual or attempted assignment without the company’s
prior written consent shall entitle the company to cancel such accepted
order upon written notice to integrator/distributor.
Termination: The company may terminate any accepted order or part
thereof for any reason at the company’s convenience upon written
notice to integrator/distributor. Integrator/distributor hereby waives
all claims for consequential damages resulting from or relating to such
termination, including without limitation and any lost products or loss
of anticipated profits, and to accept as its sole remedy for termination
the reasonable additional costs of obtaining substitute goods of the same
quantity and quality as the products provided that in no event shall such
costs exceed the price of the accepted order or part thereof so terminated
as stated on the company’s acknowledgement. Any claim for adjustment
not submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of such termination
shall be deemed to have been waived by integrator/distributor.
DVR Warranty
Labor: For the warranty period from the date of original purchase, if the
DVR is determined to be defective, the Warrantor will repair or replace
the unit, with new or refurbished product at its option, at no charge.
Parts: In addition, the Warrantor will supply replacement parts for the
warranty period.
Camera Warranty
Labor: For the warranty period from the date of original purchase, if
the Camera is determined to be defective, the Warrantor will repair or
replace the unit, with new or refurbished product at its option, at no
charge.
Parts: In addition, the Warrantor will supply replacement parts for the
warranty period. To obtain warranty or out of warranty service, please
contact a Technical Support Representative at 281-201-6611, Monday
through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of the original purchase
is required before warranty service is rendered. This Warranty only
covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship which arise
during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage which occurs
in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by
the Warrantor or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse,
neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, faulty
installation, set-up adjustments, improper antenna, inadequate signal
pickup, maladjustments of consumer controls, improper operation,
power line surge, improper voltage supply, lightning damage, rental use
of the product or service by anyone other than a Digital Video Recorder
authorized repair facility or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
