Rivero Jr. is a former consultant for Rivero & Associates. In
addition to possessing over 20 years of experience in his
chosen fields of finance and aviation, Manuel Rivero Jr. is a
dedicated member of his community and a supporter of a
number of causes, including the South Florida Humane
Society.

Society
In operation since 1993, the South Florida Humane Society
is a no-kill organization that spays over 3,500 dogs and
cats annually. Providing care to both feral and
domesticated animals, the South Florida Humane Society
also takes on animals scheduled to be put to sleep.
Additionally, every year the organization gives homes to
nearly 2,800 pets.

A volunteer-based organization, the SFHS answers calls to
trap feral cats and assists individuals looking to give up
their companion animals. The organization is a nonprofit
and is not affiliated with any other humane society. It does
not receive federal or state funding and relies solely on its
volunteers to continue the important work of protecting
animals.
