adalah hasil inovasi bisnisnya. Dia memulai bisnis itu
dengan modal hanya Rp 4 juta. Dia enggan meminta
bantuan orang tua. “Itu duit hasil pinjam arek-arek
(teman-temannya, Red) dan saudara,” kisahnya.
Outlet makanan ala Timur Tengah itu kini berjumlah 325,
membentang dari kawasan superramai seperti Jakarta
hingga pelosok Ambon. Ratusan outlet itu dipantau dan
disupervisi dari dua kantor operasional di kawasan
Nginden, Surabaya, dan Pondok Labu, Jakarta. Tahun
lalu omzet usahanya mencapai Rp 45 miliar, dan 25
persen di antaranya masuk kantongnya sebagai laba
bersih. “Tahun ini omzetnya saya targetkan Rp 60 miliar,”
ujarnya.

saat ini memiliki lebih 250 pegawai itu.
