4. House Style definition
A magazine’s house style is a set of signature elements
that make the magazine instantly recognisable. This
includes the logo, layout, typefaces and colour scheme
used.
5. Examples of house-style
These three issues of Mixmag use the same
orange/white colour scheme and typefaces. The
layout of the cover lines is also the same for all
three, with the main cover line at the top left just
below the masthead, and the other cover lines down
the right hand side of the magazine.
