1)Fit a manova model ( Y=BX + E) with E Np,n(O, , I)
and Y each measurement (sepal length, sepal width, petal length,petal width)
2)Calculate the maximum likelihood estimators for B using the formula B=YX' [ (XX')^1].
The result is a matrix,not a number.
X is an identity matrix.X' is the transpose of X
