Connor Myerson is hard to keep out of the lap pool. Having swam for a total 17+ years, he’s swam on a club team and with the Texas A&M University swimming team. 3. # 1 Never Ever Swim Alone
It is going to be dangerous if you are doing open water swimming alone. Mother earth is
very unpredictable. You will never ever know what can occur even if you are a strong
swimmer. Before you swim, you can do all essential plans for every feasible trouble, yet
trust me, it is always possible that something is not within your control. So, do notify
lifeguard at work, let them recognize your strategy prior to your start your swim. If there
is no lifeguard, then please ask your good friend along.

4. # 2 Inspect the temperature
Examine the water temperature prior to you swim It is going to be challenging for a
swimmer if the water is freezing cold. You are advised to use a damp fit to swim in chilly
water. It prevents you from muscular tissue pains and a running nose. Do not swim for as
well long in a cool water - after that it will be difficult for you to stop shivering and you
can deal with jaw/teeth ache afterwards.

5. # 3 Do stretch and warm up prior to you swim.
This will provide a signal to your muscular tissue that they are going to strive. It prevents
