This document summarizes the results of a survey of 400 businesses in the Basque Country on business confidence in the 3rd quarter of 2022. It finds that 21-29% of businesses expect their factors like sales, activity, orders, and prices to improve, while 55-79% expect them to remain the same. 52% report no impact on sales from the war in Ukraine, while 18.5% say business indicators have increased since last year. The majority have knowledge but not access to EU recovery funds. Overall business expectations were reported at 50.6 in the 1st quarter and 58 in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
