1) Representatives from Paramount Cable and Kapil Mohan & Associates met to discuss cable failures and laying from Bashani to Malora IR line. 2) The site was checked and it was observed that the cable did not have proper earthing, the cable laying was improper, and the cable was not properly hung or secured to poles. 3) Recommendations were made to improve earthing using copper tape and rods, to properly hang the cable with messenger wire and accessories, and to solder joints rather than leave loose connections.

2. Cable lying found not properly.

3. Cable hanging is not properly recommended that hanged with pole with proper acerreries with messenger.

4. Soldering is providing / used in case of cable jointing for earthling purpose.
