2. INTRODUCTION
 Hypospadias is the most common birth defects in male child
 Many types of repair techniques were described over years
 The main goal of hypospadias repair is to maintain a normal urinary and

3. OBJECTIVE
To compare operative, functional and cosmetic
results of Snodgrass and GAP (glans approximation)
for repair of anterior hypospadias.

4. PATIENTS AND METHODS
 The study included 60 patients with distal penile hypospadias, from January
2014to January 2016
 it is clinical randomized study were the patients was divided into two groups
 (A) 30 cases repaired with GAP operation,
 ( B) 30 cases repaired with Snodgrass technique.
