•	Florenta is the first residential community in Egypt designed with the Green
Architecture technology.
•	Known for the privileged position which is parallel to the Ring Road , El Maadi Area
and Nasr City Area at an altitude of 24 m and being away from the noise and the
pollution.
•	Florenta with its modern designated buildings consisted of ground floor and five
floors with elevators and private garages and the possibility of adding the Smart
home system.
•	Florenta buildings include an advanced system to separate the garbage, which is an
essential factor to the global environmental specifications.
•	Compounds are equipped with the Solar Energy units used in lightening the roads,
operating the elevators achieving 40% less electricity consumption in addition to a
hot water network that reaches all the units.
