1. Aim: Create a visual representation of the way detergent breaks up fat.<br />Materials: Food dye a plate full cream milk deterrent.<br />Method: We got the plate of milk and pot the food dye in and pot a drop of detergent in.<br />Outcome: When the detergent was added the food dye mixed together.<br />Conclusion: The detergent brakes down fat!! <br />
