COIL CAR FOR RAILS OF 25t of capacity for transport coils of Ø2000x1800mm. It has a rotating cradle with predefined stops in all longitudinal and transverse positions. Both trasnfer cars are supplied with of a reel in lateral position (Also possible on the front or under the trolley). Maneuvering with of a cable keypad (Also possible without cable by radiofrequency). The speed of displacement is adjusted to 20 m/min and can be increased twice by regulating the frequency. The 90º turn is performed in 20 seconds, since it is set to 0.7rpm but can rotate in 7 seconds, increasing the speed to 2rpm. https://youtu.be/8TFzW9q26cY
