To Whom It May Concern:
The Scottish Roaster has done business with Rene Schaller for roughly 6 years. During
that time she owned and operated a small restaurant that carried our coffee and coffee
supplies. While doing business with her, we had ample opportunity to witness her
impressive business qualities such as careful attention to detail, timely and thorough
ordering patterns, the ability to multi-task and excellent accounts payables practices. In
fact, Rene was very good at negotiating lower prices for her coffee (not an easy thing to
do with The Scottish Roaster!).
We know Rene to be trustworthy and have strong business ethics and am very confident
she would be an asset to any business or company. After all, having owned her own small
business surely gives her an edge other might not have.
