Open Everything Code for Germany and Code for Africa are working collaboratively to monitor air and water pollutants. Tackle Climate Change Code for Romania created a tool to catch voting irregularities which is being replicated across the region. Combat Corruption Code for Africa is working with Google and the World Bank to train thousands of journalists. Empower Data Journalists Code for Romania and Code for Mexico are working on replicating disaster relief tools. Become Disaster Ready The Fellowship model is just one of many ways we’re transforming government from the inside out. Make Closed Systems Open * all while growing a global community of over 350,000 people, from over twenty countries around the world

Code for Australia Piloted4 New Initiatives Our own Sandpit and Validate programs and collaborations with Harvard Kennedy School (Digital Indicator) and Pretty Neat (The Intelligence Service) Measured Impact Completed our first Fellowship evaluation and found our we are actually having positive impact in the ways we thought 25th Fellowship While iterating constantly to improve impact, we are about to partner with our 25th government on a Fellowship
