5. Geo Barents converted in Solstrand ship-yard and delivered in
May 2007 the vessel was originally built for trawling but is now
able to tow 8 x 9km cables
A challenging project due to the marginal stability and the lack of
volume within the hanger, everybody involved learned a lot.

6. AC vector control drives within the Marine seismic industry, a bold
step forward for FUGRO that has paid off many time over with
improved cable control, reduced operational risk and faster
installation.

7. The Geo Celtic first of the 4 x C class Seismic ships to be built,
delivered in Summer 2007 and towing 12 x 8km cables.
The first project was for PEMEX in Mexico and the vessel was
operational within 7 days of arriving at the prospect, this was a
result of excellent team work.
