– Clean/condition inside of bladder before storing
for extended periods
– Store with some air in the bladder
– Ensure it dries completely

after dives that are too long

– Try to rinse neck and wrist seals as well as possible
– Store with dry zippers open, wrist seals tucked
inside sleeves
– Lubricate zippers with wax before usage (before a
trip, once a day on multi-dive days)
– Check quality of seals regularly

– Test before each use, don’t overtighten
– Replace dust cap every time you remove the first
stage
– Rinse with fresh water after each use
– Consider where the reg you’re using was before
you put it on the tank
– Service annually
– Never store hanging

– Inspect straps regularly, keep a spare handy
– Rinse with fresh water
– Don’t store hanging by the strap if you use rubber
straps
– Can lose/alter shape if stored with pressure on the
fin

– Rinse with fresh water after each dive
– Ensure dry before storing (suggest in a mask box)

from inside the valve.
– Store tanks in a safe place
