NEWS BULLETIN
ICICI Securities share price jumped 6 percent on BSE on November 29 after the company settled a
case with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Yes Bank share price fell 2.6 percent in the morning trade on November 29 ahead of the private
lender’s board meeting to consider fund raising.
Lemon Tree Hotels share price rose 2.6 percent intraday on November 29 after it launched a new
property under its Red Fox brand in Andhra Pradesh’s Vijayawada.
Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) share price rose 9 percent intraday on November 29 after the
company won a challenge in the Supreme Court to set aside Section 87 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act.
Shares of all Future Group companies gained 15-20 percent intraday on November 29 after the
Competition Commission of India (CCI) cleared the acquisition of stake in Future Coupons by Amazon.
