An MRI of the pituitary gland without contrast showed a tumor (macroadenoma) measuring 1.0 x 1.5 x 1.0 cm located in the pituitary. The tumor did not appear to be pressing on or impinging the nearby optic chiasm. No other abnormalities were seen on the imaging.
