1. Exemption from land lease for the period of construction and reaching the
project capacity (up to 7 years).
2. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 49-ZRT dated
28th November 2003, property acquired or created by an investor under
project implementation, will be taxed at the rate of 0.1 per cent instead of 2.2
per cent.
3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 53-ZRT the
сorporate profits tax rate will be reduced to 13.5 per cent.
4. Connection to the utility services is provided for free.
