A Chinese hotel manager named Hung Chun had difficulty using chopsticks after suffering a stroke and paid $4,500 to a hospital for treatment. Doctors injected stem cells from donors into his spinal cord and buttocks. Hung became ill after the treatment and was hospitalized again.
