Chiiz is first of its kind publication devoted to descriptive photography. Drawing on the requirements of a photo enthusiast, Chiiz features photographers and their unique and incisive stories from across the globe. With the EXIF details of every capture, we try to give the reader a perspective that helps him/her understand the shot better and recreate it. Photographers from around the world have been featured showcasing their outstanding work in different genres of photography.

problems for an instance and gives you a million dollar smile which is locked for eternity.
This term is liable not just in front of the camera but also in the moments of life that
spread happiness and joy in a blink of an eye.There are uncountable reasons to say chiiz

Chiiz logo represents not only the organization but also the people connected to it. The
logo typeface has two variants that can be used on light and dark backgrounds. The
logo depicts Chiiz enclosed in a camera frame which represents our connection with
camera and all the things in the photography.

3. Jassi Oberoi a Canon photo mentor and founder
of Light Chasers Photography Delhi based
photographer,Jassi Oberai has captivated the
viewers with his work.Versatility being his key, he
loves the challenge of shooting wildlife on one day
to shooting fashion the other.His main subject has
always been light and his pictures showcase his
love for capturing light in different ways.He
conduct photo workshops, organize photo tours or
model shoots and at times be adventurous and
combine all three above. Jassi believes patience,
practice and the courage to be different is the key
to improve your photography.

4. OLD IS GOLD:
The Dali Atomicus, as this photograph is
called,was captured by Philippe Halsman in 1948.
The photograph is Halsman’s homage both to the
new atomic age (prompted by physicist then-recent
announcement that all matter hangs in a constant
state of suspension) and to Dalí’s surrealist
masterpiece“Leda Atomica” (seen on the right,
behind the cats, and unfinished at the
time.Capturing the essence of those he
photographed was Philippe Halsman’s life’s work.

5. Wayne Pinkston is a Radiologist by
profession.Photography and Radiology share
many of the same principles as far as image
capture and display are concerned, both in the era
of film & digital imaging.As photographs moved
into digital imaging so did x-ray. He thinks that his
interest in photography during college helped him
to stimulate an interest in radiology.

6. Gaberiel Barathiew is a underwater photographer. Diving
beneath the water with his partner Yann Oulia to
document whales.His work leaves the viewer in
awe,wondering about what the world underneath might
really be.

7. Jan Kasl is 26 years old year old Prague based action
photographer, he has already worked with various well
known brands and riders and produced some excellent
photographs.His passion for action sports along with
photography has brought him into the world of professional
athletes, breathtaking performances, inspiring people and
amazing places all around the planet.

8. Emmanuel Canaan I’ve
loved aviation since I
was a child. I would
press my face up to the
glass at the airport to
watch the planes and at
home I would pull a
sheet over my head and
pretend to be in the
cockpit of an airplane.If
you’re doing air-to-air
photography, it’s very
important to be able to
shoot both wide angle
shots of the aircraft, and
get some close-up shots
of the occupants of the
aircraft.

9. Sedov Alexey is a seafarer and
travel photographer.He has worked
on
different vessels as a navigational
officer.In 2015-2016, he worked on
expedition vessel “Polar Pioneer” in
Arctic andAntarctic areas in 2-nd
Officer's position.

10. Boudoir photography is a photographic style featuring
intimate, romantic, and sometimes erotic images of its
subjects, primarily intended for the private enjoyment of the
subject and his or her romantic partners.It is distinct from
glamour and art nude photography in that it is usually more
suggestive rather than explicit in its approach to nudity and
sexuality, features subjects who do not regularly model and
produces images which are not intended to be seen by a
wide audience, but rather to remain under the control of the
subject.

11. Jeet Mukherjee was born in KOLKATA, in a typical joint
family of India in the mid Seventies.His father guided me in
the preliminary stages with a NATIONAL 35 camera,
followed by ZENIT 122- 35mm.Those days for me clicking
images was through a POINT AND SHOOT CAMERA, for the
heck of capturing moments.journey was not easy.
Convincing models and women from real life to pose for me
in the nude in India was a very tough ASK, and initially i
faced a lot of bottle necks. During one such moment of
agony and pain, one of my friend was bold enough and
came ahead to pose for me. That was my first work in the
world of Nude Art Photography. Rest its history after so
many years.
