I am looking towards new opportunities in the customer service area in the top New Hampshire
businesses where I can show my expertise in this field. In the past years, I have been with three
well-known companies that work in a fast paced environment.
My healthcare experience is with WellPoint/National Government Services. I dealt with
resolving complex provider claims issues and doctors / suppliers with their claims submissions
and audits to DME Medicare Part B, also maintained a working knowledge of policies, practices
and procedures. Knowledge of appeals and how to process them was also advised.
My sales and account management experience started in the coffee field traveled three states
for my clients. I have experience in expos and shows for my company. I would like to keep my
eyes open to new opportunities. In my years in the working world I have always been in touch
with face to face meetings.
