This document provides guidelines for a mentoring report between a teacher and their mentee. The report should include: 1) details about the mentoring session such as date, location, length and attendees. 2) the objectives and expectations of the session and if they were accomplished. 3) what was discussed about planning and implementing lessons. 4) relevant lesson planning details shared with the mentee. 5) any agreements made to continue inspiring the mentee. The report should also describe the mood of the session and the teacher's experience being a mentor to inspire colleagues.
