I would also like to voice my thanks to you and your shift for helping to pick up Chandra’s operational
workload so that he could focus on this project. Everyone put in extra effort to support each other and

It is late on a Friday night, and Chandra has been supporting Project Sputnik with his assistance.
I am sure Craig our PM will also have more positive comments for Chandra’s performance after this
project reaches completion, but I just wanted to say how committed Chandra has been towards his work

Today I believe Chandra has been working from at least 8AM UK time until 7.30PM. That is almost 12
hours, and it may have been more as it was 8AM when I logged on to the system. I know he was
planning to leave about 15.30 UK time when we first spoke this morning, so he has worked an additional
4 hours to help support us.
But his support hasn’t been just today. Since he was drafted to this project Chandra has been committed
to the tasks required of him. He has been friendly, professional, helpful and most of all very patient with

3. me as a struggled to understand TR EAM Security’s role in setting up security for the DEX system. In
short, he has been a pleasure to work with.
We haven’t yet completed this project, and hopefully it will all go to plan, but if things do not go well, it
will not be because of Chandra who could not have done more.
