Certificate of recognition 2017
1. July 31, 2017
Dear Wait 21 Participants,
Congratulations on your successful participation in the Wait 21 Pledge
Program! This program was designed to reward students across America for
living healthier lifestyles, free from alcohol, drugs, and addiction. Throughout
the year, you have recommitted yourselves via our Wait 21 recommitment
pledge, demonstrating your commitment to this lifestyle. These recommitments
remind each of us the importance of maintaining our goals.
What’s even more exciting is the growth we’ve experienced together! This is
truly a youth-led movement, with a majority of pledgers being recruited by
other pledge members. Wait 21 participants are leading this movement, and it’s
awesome!
We understand that living a drug-and-alcohol free lifestyle is not always easy.
Peer pressure, life challenges, and stress are big issues that face youth today.
Not using alcohol or drugs as a tool to escape life’s challenges will help grow
your character, confidence, and strength. It also reduces your risk for addiction
by up to 90%. Colleges look favorably upon students who are dedicated to
living this lifestyle, and we encourage that you provide this letter of recognition
to them in support of your admission and acceptance into their school.
We would like to thank all of our participants for an amazing year and recognize
them on their achievements. None of this would be possible without you, and
we look forward to another successful year.
Best wishes,
Camden Brieden
