Background: Creating a culture of safety has received great attention to ensure that patients receive the safest possible care. A key
precept of patient safety programs is the removal of the “culture of blame.” Patient safety has been and still is a priority in Italian
Hospitals. The aim of this study was to measure the safety culture in teaching and non-teaching hospitals of Italy.
Methods: Data were collected from 261 staffs working in the teaching and non-teaching hospitals by means of the Italian version
of the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire-Short form 2006.
Results: Mean response rate from returned valid questionnaires was 60%. Both hospitals did not differ significantly in SAQ
dimensions except unit management. Clinical departments differ with each SAQ dimension as indicated by Kruskal Wallis test.
Regression analysis showed positive trend between safety climate and other SAQ dimensions except for stress recognition dimension.
Physicians scored high in team climate, safety climate and job satisfaction and non-physicians scored high in stress recognition
and job satisfaction. Comparing the gender scores, stress recognition and job satisfaction dimensions scored high with females and
Males scored high in team climate and job satisfaction. Both at professional and gender level hospital management scores were
low.
Conclusion: This cross sectional survey provides benchmark data for both hospital safety cultures. Results point out critical
attention to patient safety at teaching and nonteaching hospitals. Further research is needed to check safety culture impact on
patient outcomes in both the hospitals.

Kasireddy Venkata Reddy Government College for Women (A) conducted one day national webinar on COVID-19-its Impact on Employment in India. This webinar highlighted that Job loss is the most severe immediate impact of COVID-19 crisis while lower economic growth and rise in would be the long-term effects. job creation, cash transfers and social security while the long-term measures included need for building a stronger public health system, universalisation of social security and policies for welfare and rights of migrants.The Central Government as well as few State Governments such as Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka have issued advisories/ orders asking employers to refrain from terminating or reducing wages of their employees pursuant to Covid-19. CMIE report says India’s urban unemployment rate soars to 30.9% even as overall rate rises to 23.4%, indicating covid-19’s impact on the economy.CMIE’s estimates on unemployment shot up from 8.4% in mid-March to the current 23%. Based on a rough calculation, about 50 million people might have lost jobs in just two weeks of the lockdown.
Data Science Using R programme
R Programming Data Science was conducted by Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology.
The Faculty development programme covered practical issues in statistical computing which includes programming in R, reading data into R, accessing R packages, writing R functions, debugging, profiling R code, and organizing and commenting R code. It was excellent programme.

The objective of Mission Kakatiya is to enhance the development of Minor Irrigation infrastructure, strengthening community based irrigation management, adopting a comprehensive programme for restoration of tanks. Mission Kakatiya needs a holistic approach involving Community Participation other than scientific planning to save the tanks and meet basic objective of providing water for irrigation. Review of literature on tank degeneration and tank use and management suggests fading of village institutions and lack of community involvement and will to mobilize resource and labour to undertake regular maintenance activity of tanks to enforce norms and obligations.
This paper empowers social workers with sound knowledge of a range of evidence-based social interventions coupled with Social Capital to establish new relationship between tanks and tank communities such that tanks play a more purposeful role of enhanced value creation for all stakeholders in water acquisition, water allocation and distribution, resource mobilization, operation and maintenance, decision making, enforcement of decisions and conflict resolution in sustainability of Mission Kakatiya program in Telangana state of India.
Methodology
This Paper analysis is based on examination of conceptualizations of social practice in a transdisciplinary, evidence-based practice and Social Capital context in empowering social workers role in Mission Kakatiya program of Telangana state of India.
Results
This review identifies key knowledge domains significant to a transdisciplinary systems conceptualization of evidence-based practice and Social Capital pertaining to role of Social workers in Community participation in mission Kakatiya.
Conclusions
Empowering social workers with development of evidence-based knowledge for social practice interventions and use of Social Capital will enhance their ability in using comparative effectiveness research strategies using a range of research methods tailored to specific questions and resource requirements for mission Kakatiya program. Evidence-based research regarding social intervention outcomes can benefit social workers in using conceptual models that view social intervention effects as contingent on sets of interacting domains including environmental, organizational, tank system, technology, and technique variables that are used in Mission Kakatiya program will help them in leading communities in right direction of sustaining irrigation tanks and achieving the goals of Mission Kakatiya program.

Mangrove ecosystems are regarded as among the five most useful types of ecosystems in the world and one of the most productive and biodiverse wetlands on earth. Healthy mangrove forests are key to a healthy marine ecology. Godavari mangroves are 'very important' for coastal communities livelihood as they give immediate direct economic values. The main causes of Mangrove deforestation are impromptu and disorganized expansion of shrimp cultivation has immense affects on the Mangroves of coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh and other factors are forest use mainly for industrial lumber and woodchip operations, herbicide impacts, agriculture, salt ponds and other coastal developments. The colossal effects of mangrove deforestation and exploration of its adverse effects has not acknowledged considerable notice from the researcher community so far.
Methodology
In order to extract the concomitant impacts and suggest an ecological mangrove restoration based on secondary data, the present study was conducted by applying ‘Systematic Review and Content Analysis’ as research method.
Conclusion
The study results manifested that the shrimp farming has distorted mangroves in coastal Andhra Pradesh and has immense impacts on sustainability, environment and ecology and may have benefitted shrimp farmers and the people who live around them. The extensive mangrove deforestation has lead to intrusion of salinity of soil, de-stabilization of coastal ecosystems and degradation of land. Efforts should be made towards continuous monitoring, evaluation, support to local communities, awareness on conservation and sustainability of mangroves is essential for future generations.

Impromptu and random expansion of shrimp cultivation is happening in coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh. The exploration of its adverse effects has not received significant attention from the Indian researcher community yet. The shrimp industry is polluting and degrading soils,
water, mangroves, and forests. The sustainable productivity of ecosystems, biodiversity and public health is endangering year after year. Shrimp aquaculture is changing customary patterns of natural resource use by appropriating these resources for its own purposes while restricting rights of local users as coastal Andhra big and experienced farmers in the aqua field are making huge investments in the sector and purchasing the agriculture fields of small farmers to convert it into aqua ponds. This in turn affects livelihoods more widely by disrupting earlier systems of production, distribution and social relations.
In order to elicit the concomitant socio-economic impacts and propose environmental sustainable solutions of shrimp cultivation based on secondary data, the present study was conducted by applying ‘Systematic Review and Content Analysis’ as a research method. The study findings manifest that the constant and unregulated shrimp farming has immense impacts on human health, ecology, environment and sustainability other than economic benefits to aqua farm
owners. The extensive shrimp farming in coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh has negatively expedited the infringement of mangroves, intrusion of salinity, degradation of land, destabilization of coastal ecosystems. The main socio-economic effects challenge the patterns of
livelihood pattern, displacement of family and social structure, internal migration, reduction in grazing field and livestock, changes in the cropping calendar and its pattern and bio-diversity.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh and the financial institutions sponsoring shrimp cultivation has overlooked the impact of shrimp farming on Ecological and sustainability of farm fields and
control of salinity and degradation of mangrooves. In conclusion, appropriate adoption and implementation of the resilient strategies can reduce the adverse effects on the coastal environment, and improve the impact of unplanned shrimp cultivation in Andhra Pradesh and
other parts of India.

India is home to almost one fifth of world’s population living in different states and differ in their ethnic origin, culture and various other ways that influence their health status.
National Health Policy 2017 address the issue of NCDs.
There exist dual burden of NCDs and Infectious and maternal-child disease across different states of India.
This puts challenging situation to Indian Health Care System which must be tackled by larger health investments and a balanced approach in reducing infectious and maternal-child diseases and also blunt the rising tide of NCDs and Injuries.
Since 1990’s, the contribution of most of the major non-communicable disease groups like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, mental health and neurological disorders, cancers, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic kidney disease to the total disease burden has increased all over India.
In 2016, three of the five leading individual causes of disease burden in India were non-communicable diseases, with ischaemic heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the top two causes and stroke as the fifth leading cause.
In 2016, the NCD burden across India was 9-fold for ischaemic heart disease, 4-fold for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and 6-fold for stroke, and 4-fold for diabetes.
Risks factors like unhealthy diet, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and overweight, which mainly contribute to ischaemic heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Dental patients and DHCP can be exposed to pathogenic microorganisms including cytomegalovirus (CMV), HBV, HCV, herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, HIV, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, staphylococci, streptococci, and other viruses and bacteria that colonize or infect the oral cavity and respiratory tract. These organisms can be transmitted in dental settings through 1) direct contact with blood, oral fluids, or other patient materials; 2) indirect contact with contaminated objects (e.g., instruments, equipment, or environmental surfaces); 3) contact of conjunctival, nasal, or oral mucosa with droplets (e.g., spatter) containing microorganisms generated from an infected person and propelled a short distance (e.g., by coughing, sneezing, or talking); and 4) inhalation of airborne microorganisms that can remain suspended in the air for long periods. OSHA sets and enforces standards that address potential workplace hazards; provides training, outreach, and education; establishes partnerships; and encourages continual improvement in workplace safety and health.

The objective of Mission Kakatiya is to enhance the development of Minor Irrigation infrastructure, strengthening community based irrigation management, adopting a comprehensive programme for restoration of tanks. Mission Kakatiya needs a holistic approach involving Community Participation other than scientific planning to save the tanks and meet basic objective of providing water for irrigation. Review of literature on tank degeneration and tank use and management suggests fading of village institutions and lack of community involvement and will to mobilize resource and labour to undertake regular maintenance activity of tanks to enforce norms and obligations.
This paper empowers social workers with sound knowledge of a range of evidence-based social interventions coupled with Social Capital to establish new relationship between tanks and tank communities such that tanks play a more purposeful role of enhanced value creation for all stakeholders in water acquisition, water allocation and distribution, resource mobilization, operation and maintenance, decision making, enforcement of decisions and conflict resolution in sustainability of Mission Kakatiya program in Telangana state of India.
Methodology
This Paper analysis is based on examination of conceptualizations of social practice in a transdisciplinary, evidence-based practice and Social Capital context in empowering social workers role in Mission Kakatiya program of Telangana state of India.
Results
This review identifies key knowledge domains significant to a transdisciplinary systems conceptualization of evidence-based practice and Social Capital pertaining to role of Social workers in Community participation in mission Kakatiya.
Conclusions
Empowering social workers with development of evidence-based knowledge for social practice interventions and use of Social Capital will enhance their ability in using comparative effectiveness research strategies using a range of research methods tailored to specific questions and resource requirements for mission Kakatiya program. Evidence-based research regarding social intervention outcomes can benefit social workers in using conceptual models that view social intervention effects as contingent on sets of interacting domains including environmental, organizational, tank system, technology, and technique variables that are used in Mission Kakatiya program will help them in leading communities in right direction of sustaining irrigation tanks and achieving the goals of Mission Kakatiya program.

Mangrove ecosystems are regarded as among the five most useful types of ecosystems in the world and one of the most productive and biodiverse wetlands on earth. Healthy mangrove forests are key to a healthy marine ecology. Godavari mangroves are 'very important' for coastal communities livelihood as they give immediate direct economic values. The main causes of Mangrove deforestation are impromptu and disorganized expansion of shrimp cultivation has immense affects on the Mangroves of coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh and other factors are forest use mainly for industrial lumber and woodchip operations, herbicide impacts, agriculture, salt ponds and other coastal developments. The colossal effects of mangrove deforestation and exploration of its adverse effects has not acknowledged considerable notice from the researcher community so far.
Methodology
In order to extract the concomitant impacts and suggest an ecological mangrove restoration based on secondary data, the present study was conducted by applying ‘Systematic Review and Content Analysis’ as research method.
Conclusion
The study results manifested that the shrimp farming has distorted mangroves in coastal Andhra Pradesh and has immense impacts on sustainability, environment and ecology and may have benefitted shrimp farmers and the people who live around them. The extensive mangrove deforestation has lead to intrusion of salinity of soil, de-stabilization of coastal ecosystems and degradation of land. Efforts should be made towards continuous monitoring, evaluation, support to local communities, awareness on conservation and sustainability of mangroves is essential for future generations.

Impromptu and random expansion of shrimp cultivation is happening in coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh. The exploration of its adverse effects has not received significant attention from the Indian researcher community yet. The shrimp industry is polluting and degrading soils,
water, mangroves, and forests. The sustainable productivity of ecosystems, biodiversity and public health is endangering year after year. Shrimp aquaculture is changing customary patterns of natural resource use by appropriating these resources for its own purposes while restricting rights of local users as coastal Andhra big and experienced farmers in the aqua field are making huge investments in the sector and purchasing the agriculture fields of small farmers to convert it into aqua ponds. This in turn affects livelihoods more widely by disrupting earlier systems of production, distribution and social relations.
In order to elicit the concomitant socio-economic impacts and propose environmental sustainable solutions of shrimp cultivation based on secondary data, the present study was conducted by applying ‘Systematic Review and Content Analysis’ as a research method. The study findings manifest that the constant and unregulated shrimp farming has immense impacts on human health, ecology, environment and sustainability other than economic benefits to aqua farm
owners. The extensive shrimp farming in coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh has negatively expedited the infringement of mangroves, intrusion of salinity, degradation of land, destabilization of coastal ecosystems. The main socio-economic effects challenge the patterns of
livelihood pattern, displacement of family and social structure, internal migration, reduction in grazing field and livestock, changes in the cropping calendar and its pattern and bio-diversity.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh and the financial institutions sponsoring shrimp cultivation has overlooked the impact of shrimp farming on Ecological and sustainability of farm fields and
control of salinity and degradation of mangrooves. In conclusion, appropriate adoption and implementation of the resilient strategies can reduce the adverse effects on the coastal environment, and improve the impact of unplanned shrimp cultivation in Andhra Pradesh and
other parts of India.

India is home to almost one fifth of world’s population living in different states and differ in their ethnic origin, culture and various other ways that influence their health status.
National Health Policy 2017 address the issue of NCDs.
There exist dual burden of NCDs and Infectious and maternal-child disease across different states of India.
This puts challenging situation to Indian Health Care System which must be tackled by larger health investments and a balanced approach in reducing infectious and maternal-child diseases and also blunt the rising tide of NCDs and Injuries.
Since 1990’s, the contribution of most of the major non-communicable disease groups like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, mental health and neurological disorders, cancers, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic kidney disease to the total disease burden has increased all over India.
In 2016, three of the five leading individual causes of disease burden in India were non-communicable diseases, with ischaemic heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the top two causes and stroke as the fifth leading cause.
In 2016, the NCD burden across India was 9-fold for ischaemic heart disease, 4-fold for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and 6-fold for stroke, and 4-fold for diabetes.
Risks factors like unhealthy diet, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and overweight, which mainly contribute to ischaemic heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Recomendações da OMS sobre cuidados maternos e neonatais para uma experiência pós-natal positiva.
Em consonância com os ODS – Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Estratégia Global para a Saúde das Mulheres, Crianças e Adolescentes, e aplicando uma abordagem baseada nos direitos humanos, os esforços de cuidados pós-natais devem expandir-se para além da cobertura e da simples sobrevivência, de modo a incluir cuidados de qualidade.
Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
Uma “experiência pós-natal positiva” é um resultado importante para todas as mulheres que dão à luz e para os seus recém-nascidos, estabelecendo as bases para a melhoria da saúde e do bem-estar a curto e longo prazo. Uma experiência pós-natal positiva é definida como aquela em que as mulheres, pessoas que gestam, os recém-nascidos, os casais, os pais, os cuidadores e as famílias recebem informação consistente, garantia e apoio de profissionais de saúde motivados; e onde um sistema de saúde flexível e com recursos reconheça as necessidades das mulheres e dos bebês e respeite o seu contexto cultural.
Estas diretrizes consolidadas apresentam algumas recomendações novas e já bem fundamentadas sobre cuidados pós-natais de rotina para mulheres e neonatos que recebem cuidados no pós-parto em unidades de saúde ou na comunidade, independentemente dos recursos disponíveis.
É fornecido um conjunto abrangente de recomendações para cuidados durante o período puerperal, com ênfase nos cuidados essenciais que todas as mulheres e recém-nascidos devem receber, e com a devida atenção à qualidade dos cuidados; isto é, a entrega e a experiência do cuidado recebido. Estas diretrizes atualizam e ampliam as recomendações da OMS de 2014 sobre cuidados pós-natais da mãe e do recém-nascido e complementam as atuais diretrizes da OMS sobre a gestão de complicações pós-natais.
O estabelecimento da amamentação e o manejo das principais intercorrências é contemplada.

Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune Disease
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.
