incorporatestariffsfromthe mainScottishRetailersandWholesalerandcanprovide quotationsand
billsforWater,Waste and Trade Effluent.Withinthe quotationmodule,the systemprojectslikely
savingsforthe customerand the profitmargin for Cobalt.A reconciliationmodel comparesthe
ScottishCMA data and chargeswiththe data heldinthe system.Changesmade inNickel (for
example meterreads) are automaticallyrouted tothe Central MarketusingC&C Groups SWIM
product.

C&C Group were the technical service providerforthisprojectand I fulfilledthe role of beingtheir
leadBusinessAnalystonthisproject.IworkedwithGemservandWaterUK to define the system
whichisnow a single national websitemaking itpossibleforlandlordstoprovide informationto
waterand sewerage companies abouttenantswhoare liable forwaterchargesattheirproperties.
2012-13 Gemserv/DECC:The GreenDeal Central Charge Database (https://www.gdccportal.com)
C&C Group were the technical service providerforthe developmentof the National GreenDeal
Central Charge Database. I wasthe Lead BusinessAnalystandTestManager for them, working
closely withGemserv todefine the system. The GDCCuses MRASCO definedindustrystandardDTC
flowstomanage the interactionsrelatingtothe creationandmanagementof eachGreenDeal.The
systeminterfacestothe EPCregistersandto otherindustrystandardapplicationssuchasECOES and
MPRS and providesacentral WC3 compliantportal to allow providersandelectricitysupplierstosee
detailspertainingtoeachdeal.

Groups DTN Manager product.

I was the ProjectManagerand BusinessAnalystonthisproject,toprovide abrowserbasedsystem
to allowBATto disclose the ingredientsof theirproductstoInternational RegulatoryAgencies.This
was a complex systemcapable of aggregatingdataat manydifferentlevelsandof providingoutput
inmany differentforms(forexample TaiwaneseExcel spreadsheets,automatedXMLdeliveryto
Europeanbodiesetc). InparticularI closelysupervisedthe provisionall aspectsof the reporting
froma central underlyingsetof Oracle viewstothe overlyingBusinessObjectsandCrystal report
deliveries.
