The Extraordinary Christian
1. Resist the "me first" mentality and instead adopt an "others first" principle by putting the kingdom of God and others before yourself. When you do this, God will provide for your needs.

Antinomianism

The term was coined by theologians to label those who interpreted scripture this way. Antinomians believe obedience to moral laws like the 10 Commandments is not required for salvation. Throughout history, some antinomians went so far as to violate God's commands and even worship the devil. Martin Luther first used the term to describe Johannes Agricola's teachings that Christians are entirely free from moral laws. Antinomians have developed several doctrinal principles and types to support their view of freedom from law through faith alone.

My look at leviticus intro
Leviticus is the third book of the Bible written by Moses that focuses on how to worship God from the tabernacle. It provides instructions on how mortal man can worship an all-powerful God and opens with the Hebrew word meaning "and He Called" referring to God calling the Israelites to worship Him. The author will use a commentary by S.H. Kellogg to study Leviticus and explain that studying it reveals images of Christ and allows our understanding of scripture to enlarge by applying it with the teachings of the New Testament. Leviticus is one of the most important books as it gives profound images of Christ and reveals Him through the worship prescribed within.
Ambition
Paul contrasts Godly and ungodly ambition. Godly ambition involves wanting to know Christ, share in His power, sufferings, death, and resurrection. The goal is attaining what Christ has, not personal glory. Ungodly ambition has appetites and earthly things as its god, boasts in what should be shameful, and sets the mind on earthly concerns rather than heavenly citizenship. True ambition is for Christ, not oneself.

Study 3 full salvation

Lesson No 10 The Oneness Truth

Study 3 full salvation
The document discusses the conflict between the flesh and spirit that Christians experience. It explains that the new birth deals with sins but we still need deliverance from our sinful nature. Peter gives a speech where he makes three key points:
1) He boldly claims that Jesus is the Messiah foretold in Jewish scripture, who God "raised up" and sent as his "Servant" to bless people.
2) Jesus turns people away from their sins by appealing to their love for God and revealing God's goodness, rather than threatening punishment.
3) Peter's understanding is growing that the blessing Jesus brings is meant not just for Jews but for people of all nations, as the Old Testament promised. However, Jews will be the first to receive this blessing.

Paul prays that the Ephesians would have spiritual wisdom and revelation so they can better know God. Specifically, Paul wants them to know:
1) God's person - He is the Father of glory
2) God's calling on their lives
3) The riches of God's inheritance that belong to believers
4) God's immense power that works to strengthen those who believe
Paul's goal is for believers to understand the full extent of the spiritual wealth they possess through their relationship with God in Christ.
5th november 2015 the inner man
1) The "inner man" refers to the spiritual or intellectual aspect of a person, as opposed to the outer or physical aspect.
2) According to scripture, humans have a spirit, soul, and body. The spirit and soul constitute the inner man, while the body is the outer man.
3) When a person accepts Christ, their inner man is renewed and freed from sin as they are "crucified with Christ." The Holy Spirit then communes with and transforms the inner man.
Jesus was the destroyer of sin
1) Jesus came in human form to condemn sin and fulfill the righteousness required by God's law.
2) The law could not save people from sin due to human weakness, so God sent Jesus to die as a sin offering so he could condemn sin.
3) Through faith in Christ, believers are no longer condemned but are empowered to live righteous lives according to God's spirit, fulfilling the ultimate purpose of the law.

What Does the Bible Teach About Repentance?

- 1. CC 1961-1962 ETERNAL LAW THE NATURALLAW The old law revealed The first intervention of God, creation substantiates the natural order, and the second supernatural.
