LACT : Nous recevons fréquemment des managers de proximité ou même des jeunes dans l’entreprise qui ont du mal à poser des limites. Pour tous, la pression est très forte, aussi bien pour les jeunes salariés pour les plus séniors. Il y a une forte volonté de vouloir se maintenir au poste doublée d’une incertitude économique aujourd’hui très présente, qui met à tous une énorme pression. Et la réponse face à cette situation est que chacun doit être parfait. C’est une injonction qui est perçue comme telle émanant de l’entreprise, mais que chacun se donne également à soi-même. Ce qui est sous jacent derrière c’est évidemment la peur : peur d’être à moment donné jugé imparfait, inefficace, peur de se retrouver au chômage, peur d’être démasqué comme l’imposteur que l’on a été, peur de l’effondrement. Derrière tout cela, il y a donc une problématique émotionnelle très forte qui guide l’action : devoir être parfait en réponse à cette peur. Une problématique d’ordre émotionnelle, avec des personnes préoccupantes dans certains cas, mais en face desquelles on va dire qu’il faudrait qu’elles soient dans un mode moins parfait, plus dégradé. Cette perspective-là est ultra angoissante pour elles ; au mieux elles le conçoivent, elles en sont d’accord sur le principe, mais une fois qu’elles l’ont conçu, une fois en situation, cela fait monter encore plus leur peur. Ces personnes se sentent encore plus incapables car elles se disent : je sais bien qu’il faudrait que j’aille dans cette direction mais en fait j’en suis bien incapable. Nous n’allons pas détailler plus avant car cela pourrait faire l’objet d’un atelier en soi, mais effectivement nous pouvons obtenir des résultats très rapides avec ce genre de personnes car elles se sentent tellement fragiles et tellement mal qu’elles sont très mobilisables pour faire un effort. Ce sont des personnes qui font déjà beaucoup d’efforts dans leur activité donc en leur demandant un dernier effort très difficile pour elle, on peut les challenger là-dessus, avec des logiques d’actions en termes de communication, de stratégie d’action et d’attitude relationnelle, qui vont être des logiques non rationnelles. On va utiliser des stratagèmes pour, en quelque sorte, créer une peur plus grande que la peur
LACT : Donc si c’est irréaliste peut être y a-t-il en plus une action à faire pour que, de manière constructive, on puisse voir et reconsidérer… peut être au niveau de la hiérarchie… Mais, à un moment donné, il faut que les salariés osent montrer leurs limites.

Ce qui est sous jacent derrière c’est évidemment la peur : peur d’être à moment donné jugé imparfait, inefficace, peur de se retrouver au chômage, peur d’être démasqué comme l’imposteur que l’on a été, peur de l’effondrement. Derrière tout cela, il y a donc une problématique émotionnelle très forte qui guide l’action : devoir être parfait en réponse à cette peur. Une problématique d’ordre émotionnelle, avec des personnes préoccupantes dans certains cas, mais en face desquelles on va dire qu’il faudrait qu’elles soient dans un mode moins parfait, plus dégradé. Cette perspective-là est ultra angoissante pour elles ; au mieux elles le conçoivent, elles en sont d’accord sur le principe, mais une fois qu’elles l’ont conçu, une fois en situation, cela fait monter encore plus leur peur. Ces personnes se sentent encore plus incapables car elles se disent : je sais bien qu’il faudrait que j’aille dans cette direction mais en fait j’en suis bien incapable.
