Sophia Doddis was chosen as the sole actress for a video attempting to portray the R&B genre because she has a distinct look that fits well with R&B, she is skinny which fits the image perfectly, and she is a very good dancer whose skills make her seem flawless and careless. Her dancing also allows her to show emotion through her moves, which is what R&B is about telling a story through, making her dancing and acting skills well-suited to convey the intent of the video.

• The reason I had chosen Sophia to be the main and only actress in
my video is because I believe that she has a very distinct look
which fits in well with the r&b genre I was attempting to portray.
She fits the Image perfectly as she is pretty skinny and a very
good dancer, her dancing skills make her seem flawless and
careless as if she could do whatever she likes. When she dances
she manages to show emotion through her dance moves which is
what R&B is basically about which is showing and telling a story
through lyrics and the musical affect it has on the audience is
outstanding therefore that is why I chose to film Sophia Doddis as
my actress
