O presente trabalho tem como objetivo elaborar um Projeto de Investimento em um negócio, onde será analisada a viabilidade econômica por meio dos critérios estudados na disciplina (TIR, VPL e Payback), apontando os aspectos favoráveis, os aspectos que precisam de melhoria e as sugestões de aperfeiçoamento das práticas. Em nosso trabalho estaremos elaborando a analise de investimento em uma lanchonete. Para tanto realizamos pesquisas de mercado para o projeto entre outras relacionadas a analise de viabilidade do mesmo.
