I’ma highly motivated experienced and versatile Operations controller and bus,
coach driver and customer serviceoperative. I enjoy working as part of a team
and I performwell under pressure. I possess a good acumen for solving a variety
of problems. I always display initiative and have a very positive attitude to all

Iamresponsiblefor the safety of the coaches and my
Passengers. I amresponsiblefor the coaches are clean and
safefor serviceif the coach is not safe then I need am
responsiblefor following the correct procedurein getting the
coach fixed. I am also responsiblefor covering shifts to make
surethe serviceruns fully and if I am unable to cover any of
the shifts then I haveto spilt them and cover the journeys with
the drivers thatare available to me. I am also responsiblefor
reporting sickness. I haveto reportthe daily vehicle defect
reports. I haveto keep network controlcentre informed of any
incidents that may affect the service. I am also the firstpoint of
call if there is a problem with coach or driver and I have dealt
with various problems fromover sold coaches to aggressive

manning sheets are kept up to date. I also have knowledgeof
working with the Das shiftallocation system, Grampian and
Google programs such as sheets. I keep management informed
of any issues that may ariseduring the day.
