1. Provide integrated HSE management system procedurs (ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS
18001:2007, SMK3 Certification (Indonesians occupational health and safety
management system) and assurance of implementation in the area requirement.

auditor, check list, report audit result, establish correction and corrective action for
any non complience)
3. Establish an emergency action plan in preparation of an accident occurrence in order
to save the situation and restore the area after the situation is over. Investigate the

office and local govermental authorities concerned.
4. Provide HSE performance report and HSE Management review.
5. Establish HSE risk management (Risk assessment, Hazard indentified risk
assessment determained control, Job savety analysis)
6. Assurance compliance legal and other requirement (Identifid, registed and
complience evaluation, plan goal and target to met the legal and related requirement)
7. Identified safety aquipment and personal safety equipment base on risk assessment
all activity.
8. Take a site safety patrol to find any inappropriate practice. Inform to related party to
take a necessary measure to correct discrepancies and assure that corrective action
is folled up.
9. Conduct trainings and Drill such as: Confined Space Entry, Basic of use Fire
Extinguisher Breathing Apparatus, Emergency Response Team / Fire, Lock Out Tag
Out and First Aid / Stretcher Team, Hot work system, permit work system, Internal
auditor SMK3, OHSAS 18001, Risk Assesment, Working at high.

11. Establish Up greading Environmental management system documentations (Manual,
Context organization, SOP,WIN,FORM) to ISO 14001:2015 base on external and

and complience evaluation, plan goal and target to met the legal and related
requirement)
13. Establish hazardous waste management (Provide SOP,temporary storage instalation
and permit, treatment and disposal, hazardous waste utilzation permit by
environmental ministry, pridocically report to local gonvernment)
14. To arrange and control company environmental license, prepare and reporting of
environmental impact dokument (AMDAL/RKL/RPL) to local government.
15. To arrange environmental monitoring and measurrement base on legal requirement,
evaluation, take corrective action required, priodically reporting to local government.
16. Establish environmental inspection, internal audit, external audit by certification
agency, local government authority.

21. Developing and implimenting lean manufacturing management system (5S, Total

order quantity) and lean management system (Daily accountability process,
leadership discipline, design visual control system, leader standard work)
22. Ensuring applicable investigation of discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures or
adverse events requiring documented review and action (if necessary, interrupting
processes inflicting material to be isolated or placed on hold till matters are resolved).
24. Coordinate with related parties to held inspection and audit (External/internal) of
Quality Management system and Provide assurance that the application of works
effectively to make corrective and preventive actions to produce products according
to specifications.
