20. Impression:
1. Intramural hematoma extending from the sinotubular
junction to the proximal aortic arch without visualized intimal
flap.
2. Descending thoracic aortic aneurysm.
3. Intramural hematoma involving the main pulmonary artery
without central pulmonary embolism.
4. Cardiomegaly with mild hemopericardium.
37. Pulmonary artery: LeCompte
maneuver, the pulmonary artery
has a Y shaped configuration and
anterior to the ascending aorta and
attached to the RVOT.
38. What is the complication seen here? What
is the name of this procedure done for
bicuspid aortic valve disorder in children?
43. Left Atrium/Atrial Septum:
The left atrium is severely dilated. The Left Atrial
Volume Index = 42.9 ml/m^2. A secundum type
atrial septal defect is present. Large secundum ASD
demonstrated by color doppler and agitated saline
contrast with predominant Left to right shunt. While
measurements are not accurate, the QP/QS appears
to be greater than 3.
Right Atrium:
The right atrium is severely dilated.
