2. Pre-Qualification Criteria for Bidder

PQ1 The bidder should be a company registered under
Indian Companies Act, 1956 or a Partnership Firm
registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or a
Proprietorship firm or Limited Liability Partnership
Firm under Limited Liability Partnership Firm Act

For companies incorporated in India,
Certificate of Incorporation/
Registration under Companies Act,
1956/2013.
PQ2 The bidder should have average turnover of Rs. 100
Crores in last 3 financial years (i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16
and 2016-17).
Copy of the audited Profit & Loss
Statements for each of the last 3
financial years.
PQ3 The bidder should have a positive net-worth in the
financial year ending on 31/03/2017.
Certificate from the Chartered Accountant.
PQ4
The bidder should have experience of supply of 500
number of cameras for surveillance projects
Copy of work order / purchase order /
contract clearly showing the number of
cameras.
PQ5 Experience of implementing at least 1 Number of
large IT System Integration project (April 2014 –
Till Bid Submission Date) (with project value of Rs
25 Crore or more).

PQ6 The bidder should submit valid documentary proof
of GST registration number and the details of income
tax registration (PAN).
