Achievements:
Achievements:
- The development of the computerized chemical data acquisition, centralization and
management system for industrial applicability, “LIMS” (Laboratory Information Management
System). Since 01/04/2001 - I am a component of team charged with implementation
and development of the “LIMS” Program - an interactive computerized application
for chemical data centralization – under the guidance of Thermo Lab Systems - United
Kingdom. Between 01/10/2002 – 20/02/2008, I was the person from Laboratory staff
charged with the development of LIMS application. Since 20/02/2008, because of my
direct implication in shift chemical control activities coordination, I am a LIMS application
consultant.
- The improvement of the chemical control process efficiency, in order to minimize the
degradation and corrosion of the materials in contact with process fluids. That was possible
by theoretic and practical comparative studies of the plant exploitation conditions and
by systematization of the research results in the specific and easy to use documents,
such as procedures, operating manuals, flow sheets and flow diagrams and technical
specifications.
- The problems with impact on plant exploitation identification and reducing the production
costs and the chemical control process improvement by initialization of corrective actions.
- The team work system improvement by using my personal example of communication
ability/ skill, both on horizontal and vertical interpersonal ways. Proposal and implementation
of the “everyone his trade” work system.
- My personal professional performances continuous improvement: since 1997, when
I was employed at the company where I am working now, I didn’t stop to improve
my professional qualification. That fact is illustrated by my ascension scheme in the company,
including the most important success in my career, obtaining of the NPP Operations Chemical
Engineer attestation, at October 30, 2005.
Benefits:
- transportation/ traveling supported by employer;
- life and health insurance;
- accommodation assured by the employer if the job is in another city/ country than the residence
city of the employee;
- access to one of the Company Internet/ Intranet terminals;
- courses for professional performance improvement, supported by employer.

Phone: +40725921321. - Neagu Madalina Mihaela - colleague - NPP Operations Chemical Engineer NPP Cernavoda, Romania. Phone: +40745521311. Achievements: Achievements: - The development of the computerized chemical data acquisition, centralization and management system for industrial applicability, “LIMS” (Laboratory Information Management System). Since 01/04/2001 - I am a component of team charged with implementation and development of the “LIMS” Program - an interactive computerized application for chemical data centralization – under the guidance of Thermo Lab Systems - United Kingdom. Between 01/10/2002 – 20/02/2008, I was the person from Laboratory staff charged with the development of LIMS application. Since 20/02/2008, because of my direct implication in shift chemical control activities coordination, I am a LIMS application consultant. - The improvement of the chemical control process efficiency, in order to minimize the degradation and corrosion of the materials in contact with process fluids. That was possible by theoretic and practical comparative studies of the plant exploitation conditions and by systematization of the research results in the specific and easy to use documents, such as procedures, operating manuals, flow sheets and flow diagrams and technical specifications. - The problems with impact on plant exploitation identification and reducing the production costs and the chemical control process improvement by initialization of corrective actions. - The team work system improvement by using my personal example of communication ability/ skill, both on horizontal and vertical interpersonal ways. Proposal and implementation of the “everyone his trade” work system. - My personal professional performances continuous improvement: since 1997, when I was employed at the company where I am working now, I didn’t stop to improve my professional qualification. That fact is illustrated by my ascension scheme in the company, including the most important success in my career, obtaining of the NPP Operations Chemical Engineer attestation, at October 30, 2005. Benefits: - transportation/ traveling supported by employer; - life and health insurance; - accommodation assured by the employer if the job is in another city/ country than the residence city of the employee; - access to one of the Company Internet/ Intranet terminals; - courses for professional performance improvement, supported by employer. ABOUT ME 1. Which was my biggest professional achievement? Getting my NPP Operations Chemical Engineer certificate, after a 2 years period of intensive specific training program, completed with written test (achieved score - 80%) and interview (achieved score - 100%). 2. Which was my biggest setback? 1998 - an unsuccessful interview for a Nuclear Chemistry Instructor job in NPP Cernavoda Company, Personnel Training and authorization Department (the equivalent of one Chemistry Teacher job - the specialization in which I have the University degree), because of my poor experience in Nuclear Power Plants, at that time. 3. Where do I see myself 5 years from now? Abroad Romania's borders, working at one powerful and dynamic company. 4. What's my biggest dream? My ideal career? Manager/ Engineer at one of the most famous company in the world. 5. What job do I consider to suit best? One dynamic job, in one dynamic and young team, with no interference of the daily routine and boredom, and which permits contact with people and communication, and with technical research (for example: Work Plan/ Project/ Team Supervisor, Engineer for Instruments Service, Research Engineer, Process Engineer, Sales Coordinator, Human Resources, Laboratory Supervisor) and which may involve travel, conference, exchanges of experience. 6. Describe your ideal company? A dynamic, stable and attractive (from professional and material point of view) company, where is dominating the professional performances, correctness and the respect for people
