This document outlines a study conducted at a family-run cakoi stall to analyze its weekly sales over a period of one year. The study found that tallying direct sales over a few hours was a more effective method than using a survey form. Based on the tally results, tables and graphs were created to show estimated daily and projected monthly sales figures. The conclusion determined that the cakoi stall business was very healthy due to low operating costs as a family business with no rent and little investment in equipment.
