This document outlines a study conducted on a family-run cakoi stall that has been operating for 10 years. The study aimed to determine the number of customers buying cakoi in a week, project annual sales over one year, and assess whether the business is healthy. Data was collected through a survey tallying customers over a 3 hour period. Tables and graphs presented the findings, which determined that the business is very healthy due to factors like low costs as a family business with no rent and little investment needed.
