This document provides instructions for fines and billings functions in a library patron account screen. It explains how to forgive fines by selecting "Forgive" and entering an amount, void all billings by right clicking an entry, see receipt printing options by clicking "Receipt Options", and finish the transaction by clicking "Apply Payment".

This screen is found from a patron screen when you choose the Bills button.

1. To Forgive fines, choose Forgive from the Payment Type drop down box and place a $
amount in the Payment Received box.
2. To Void All Billings, right click on an entry.
3. To see options for printing receipts, click the Receipt Options button.
4. To finish the transaction, click the Apply Payment button.
