This document provides information about an upcoming continuing legal education event hosted by The Bar Association of San Francisco on December 1, 2015. The event will discuss how to identify, retain, prepare, and present expert witnesses at trial while complying with ethical rules. Speakers include experts in forensic accounting, pathology, and litigation. Attendees can earn 1.5 hours of MCLE credit, including 0.5 hours of legal ethics credit. The cost is $40 for section members and prices increase by $10 the day of the event. Registration begins at 4:30 pm and the program runs from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
