Shawn graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND with a bachelor’s
Degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation Shawn moved to St. Joseph MO where
he worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation.
Shawn moved to Dickinson in 2003 when he became the City Engineer till 2012.
Shawn was appointed to the Dickinson Municipal Airport Board in April of 2009, in
addition to the Airport Board Authority.
