A study had 4 participants listen to their favorite song with their eyes closed after receiving daily text prompts over 3 days to reduce stress. Stress relief increased on average each day for the group. However, 3 of the 12 text messages sent were not received due to technical issues. Analyzing the data revealed those who listened to the same song each time reported the highest increase in stress relief. The next step would be having users choose one dedicated song to reduce stress.
