  • They were founded in 1892, most recently they have competed
    in Blue Square South Conference.
  • They currently play their football at Hayes Lane with a capacity
    of 6,000 (3,000 seated).
  • They are known to their fans as The Lillywhites, formerly ‘The
    Ravens’.
  • They are owned by Jerry Dolke, a former Beckenham Town
player, little is known about Mr Dolke only that his brother is first
    time manager Mark Goldberg.
  • Their record attendance is 10,798 for a game against Nigeria in
    1949.
Some more about Bromley
            F.C.
• After playing at White Hart Field, Widmore Road and Plaistow
Cricket Ground, Bromley moved to Hayes Lane, 300 yards from
their old ground which was purchased in 1938. They had to
leave the ground for a period when fire destroyed the main
stand in October 1992, but returned in September 1993.
• Bromley are currently in debt of around £161,000 and have
  assets worth of £33,000.
• Bromley FC and affiliated club Petts Wood set a Guiness world
record for 669 players taking a 27 hour long match to raise
money for a Petts Wood player Harry King who was diagnosed
with leukaemia and to raise awareness.
Why we want to do this
          interview
• As of yet we are currently negotiating
terms with Bromley F.C as to who the
  interview will be involving.
• We have links through the club via an
  academy player.
• We want to do this interview as an
insight into non-league football and the
difficulties of running a football club.
What makes our idea unique
• Never before has such an in-depth
interview been done with a non-league
  club
• They don’t attract much media attention
nationally only in local areas or south
  easterly areas.
• Our idea is also unique because
