Process:
From foundations to finishes.
Once you have decided to jump into a big
home remodel or custom build project, you
have probably already chosen an architect or a
builder. We like to be involved from as early
in the process as possible. Once your
drawings are done, we go over them with a
fine tooth comb and tell you how much it will
cost us to build from start to finish. We will
provide you with a timeline and an extremely
detailed break down of all costs involved.
Once we have an approved budget and
contracts in place, we dig!

A native of Westport CT, Tim has a
lifelong passion for excellence in
craftsmanship. Tim has designed and
constructed residential and
commercial properties in exclusive
neighborhoods throughout Fairfield
County for over 30 years.
As the founder of Mantz
Construction, LLC, Tim is especially
dedicated to customer service and
creating homes for his clients that will
stand the test of time. He specializes
in creative designs, unparalleled
quality and the utmost level of
customer satisfaction, and has earned
Mantz Construction an excellent
reputation in the industry, as well as
numerous accolades and rewards.

Ted Mantz, Managing Partner
After a long and successfulcareer in
sales and marketing, Ted decided to
join Mantz Construction in 2007 to
work alongside his brother Tim, and
has played a key role in the success
and growth of the company since.
Ted is responsible for securing new
business through pre-construction,
estimating, bid package preparation,
project and operations management,
and communicating with sub
contractors, clients and architects
alike.
Warren Mantz, Partner & Site Supervisor
Warren is the son of Tim and is
proud to be carrying on the family
trade of carpenter and craftsman.
Over the years he has been involved
in many different projects using
numerous forms of construction
materials for commercial, residential
and industrialprojects. Warren's
duties include overseeing a team of
workers while managing all project
quality and safety issues, on-site
schedule management logistics,
communication with sub-contractors,
and overall management of all work
performed on the site
Warren has successfully managed and
completed many projects throughout
Connecticut.
