How do we manage
Multiple Instances?
• Project Maps
• “Five Finger” Encryption
• Critical Marks
• Stage Definitions
• Bridge Specified Outcomes
• Sponsoring Deliverables and Financial
Outcomes
Use the unique pattern
Use the unique rate Assembly
Five Finger

only the unique
pattern to the
process from its
graphic or its rate
assembly to be
recognized

Why do we need a Bridge?
The Bridge is necessary in
order to keep the domain
of each instance
reconciled and reported
The Bridge is watching the
unit variation and captures
any strange or unusual
events
While loading the machine
is a normal but irregular
occurrence the deposit of
the units caused a rate
variation in testing because
the bridge did not override
the production
The Staging of Projects
should then have its own
set of manageable tasks
and states of assembly,
keeping books straight as
to which set of units belong
to which job, and ordering
the production delivery.
Since we are emulating
operations as in a walk-thru
of building a production
facility we want to discover
as many problems as
possible to streamline this
operation
Trees hold all properties of
the instance, and the
bridge operates with
multiple treed instances

Timekeeping
The Critical Path
needs to be visible
both from the
standpoint of the
machine and work
value of the
people
Scope
The Scope of the
Project is
determined by its
Payback, but the
various stages of
the project
become instances
of scope
Delivery
The Delivery of the
Project is the
combined
response of Testing
and Agreement of
Deliverables by all
parties to the
Contract
Feedback
Feedback on the
job is a demand
requirement in
order that some
efficiency of the
process may be
gained
Evaluation
The evaluation of
the effort is
considering also
what can be
prospered
remotely in the
future
Future marks intended
We will make notes about those things intended
Future marks found
We will write here the items
we found for remote
consideration to be
developed
Marks in Project Staging
Future Learning,
Magi and Marcus has the goal of
producing Real Property in Real Time
in remote stage composition
Every job
should be
studied like
one that can
be written

First pass at billing Production
• The Theory in Magi and Marcus Engineering of
Architectural Forms and Structures is that they will
at first establish and sell to their Science Center for
testing and development of their process. Thus, all
the emulation testing of the process is aimed at
devising the remote facility for interface with
customers at the appropriate time.
The Science Center will build from glass and
learn to test and develop forms & structures

In Reviewing our Project, we found a
discrepancy…
• Without having this bridge established
which shows us immediately conflicts,
we noticed that loading the project
affected the rate on P(n) and that this
should not impact the project metrics.
It is an aspect of the bridge function.
• Because we also added units of
production, we suspect that we held
the rate level.

V2 Trees and Leaves
• Trees and Leaves have to do with various arrangements within the project
that operate many events and operational stages
• The Simulation Forest and the Operational Forest are different
• Actually Billing the Customer and generating Vendor Payments are
Operational tasks sponsored upon order fulfillments.
