The Approach Have conducted and will continue to conduct training needs assessments for local and state-level emergency management personnel
 We are delivering quality training that meets the needs of local and state-level emergency management personnel, including parish executives
 We are coordinating training curriculum for state and local emergency management personnel
 We have developed training requirements for parish OHSEP directors and will continue to refine these requirements
 We are developing training tracks for multiple audiencesParish OHSEP Needs Assessment and Gap AnalysisConducted  in Spring 2010Data was captured from three key sources:An anonymous online survey of Parish OHSEP Directors and statewide responder associations with 81% OHSEP participation
 Focus groups comprised of parish OHSEP directors and their staff with 83% OHSEP participation
